Lavender has been developed based on the message of the artist Koh Sang Woo's artwork,

which is about the harmonious coexistence with various species. It not only showcases a differentiated realm of gourmet cuisine, distinct from the traditional dining experiences presented so far,

but also defines itself as a brand that even contemplates and touches the theme of 'coexistence & harmony.'
