* Please refrain from bringing outside food or beverages to the restaurant, except cake for celebration.
* Regardless of the age, we ask all our guests to order at least one menu per guest.
* Corkage is allowed up to one wine bottle(750ml) per table(4 seats), and the additional charge of 100,000won will be charged for the service.
* For the comfort of our customers' dining experience, we kindly request your understanding that Lavender welcomes guests aged 13 and above, and adolescents must be accompanied by an adult.
* If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you make your reservation.
(Any requests made in the day of the visit may not be accommodated)
* In case you have allergies or under other specific conditions, we kindly ask that you include them in the request form.
* After reviewing the dietary requirements, we may reach out for irreplaceable menu items or ingredients. (Booking may be canceled automatically in case the number is unreachable.)
* For reservations made one day in advance, please contact the store by phone.
* Same-day reservations are not available.
* If there are any changes to the number of guests for your reservation, please call the store at least 2 days in advance.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late from the reserved time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and a refund of the reservation fee may not be accomodated. (We kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time for a pleasant dining experience.)
