The author attempts to view the universe, Earth, and nature from an ontological perspective, seeking transition from a human-centered view of nature and behavior to a worldview based on respect for nature and an ecosystem-centered approach. He points out that human anthropocentrism is the fundamental cause of ecological destruction and emphasizes individual ethical responsibility towards nature. Additionally, he suggests that when all individual organisms existing on Earth are understood as beings with inherent value rather than objects to conquer and manage, the practice of a life-centered ethics becomes possible from a perspective of symbiosis rather than competition.
